Staff establishment

In 2023, CTSP Bureau had a total of 139 employees, with the Director-General appointed by
the Executive Yuan to take charge of the overall affairs, two deputy Director-Generals and

one chief secretary appointed by NSTC, and 37 people in management positions (no ethnic
minorities or foreign employees are in charge), including 121 employees, 6 hired employees, 6
contract employees, 6 working-level personnel, and all colleagues are residents in Taiwan.

The Bureau encourages the employment of employees with physical and mental disabilities

and promotes measures to create a caring and friendly workplace. In 2023, there were 5
employees with physical and mental disabilities, including staff and contract employees, with

an employment rate of 3.6%, which is in line with the norms of the Law on the Protection of
the Rights and Interests of People with Physical and Mental Disabilities.

CTSP Bureau is a government agency; all employees are full-time, all employees are public
servants and residents in Taiwan, and there are no part-time or temporary employees. The

total number of employees is shown in the following table.
