3. Promote the Decision-making, Implementation
and Supervision process of T-SDGs

CTSP Bureau has been committed to the sustainable development of the park for a long time,
and has published five sustainability reports. This is the first time to compile the VDR report,

and to summarize the business results in a systematic way, showing CTSP's contribution to
the sustainable development goal of Taiwan. The main unit in charge of this report is the

Environment and Labor Affairs Division. With the authorization and support of CTSP Bureau's
top decision-making level (Director-General, two Deputy Directors-General and the Chief
Secretary), after working out the implementation details of VDR together with the sustainable

editorial team, it explained the relevant work of VDR to colleagues in all units and specifically
linked T-SDGs to the normal business of the park.

The business results of each unit are compiled into the VDR report by the Environment and

Labor Affairs Division and the editorial team, and the contents are also reviewed and checked
by the heads of each unit, and finally printed by the Director-General for distribution, so as
to ensure that the decision-making management and business execution units have the

same goals and jointly achieve the sustainable development vision of CTSP Bureau. In the
future, CTSP Bureau will regularly compile VDR reports to review the changes in the external

environment and the achievement of self-defined tracking indicators, and continuously revise
the promotion of related businesses.
