Environment and Labor Affairs Division Service description

1. Consultation, publicity and coordination of labor disputes in the park's labor laws
and gender equality work laws.
2. Counseling by labor organizations and labor associations in the park, and planning
and promotion of cultural, recreational and recreational activities for workers.

3. Staff welfare counseling and labor employment promotion and counseling.
4. National defense reserve training, suspending the recruitment and business
coordination of industrial and commercial groups.
5. Planning and coordination of safety protection system, police security, disaster

prevention and emergency response in the park.
6. Coordination of civil defense business in the park.
7. Review and management of applications for environmental protection permits of
park enterprises.

8. Planning and promotion of environmental protection business in the park.
9. Occupation safety and health management and labor inspection.
10. Other matters related to labor and environmental protection.

Business Division Service description
1. Planning and implementation of industrial and commercial registration (including

company registration, factory registration and movable property secured transaction
registration) of park manufacturers.
2. Review and guidance management of the entry of industrial and commercial services
into the zone.

3. Promotion and implementation of industrial and commercial administrative business
(including the issuance of tax exemption certificates for enterprises in the park,
operation investigation and review of final accounts) and the formulation of laws and
regulations.

4. Licensing and management of hiring foreign specialized or technical personnel.
5. Trade, bonded and park business management fee collection laws and regulations.
6. Planning and implementation of business related to trade, issuance of certificates of
origin, import and export visas for goods, and bonded business management fees in

the park.
7. Planning and integration of the business aspects of the customs clearance system in
the park.
8. Management of warehousing and logistics business in the park.

9. Other relevant industrial and commercial matters.
