                   Construction Management Division               Service description

                   1. Construction and maintenance of public works, park green space, flood detention
                     pond and landscape facilities in the park.
                   2. Construction and maintenance of standard factories, dormitory and other public

                     buildings in the park.
                   3. Coordination of water supply and demand in the park and the promotion of water
                     conservation policies.

                   4. Coordination of power supply and demand in the park, safety guidance and issuance
                     of registration licenses for electrical technicians.
                   5. Construction of sewage treatment plants and discharge pipes.
                   6. Review of water and electricity use plans of park manufacturers.
                   7. Park road excavation permit issued.

                   8. Construction and maintenance of soil and water conservation facilities.
                   9. Other related construction matters.



                   General Affairs Division          Service description

                   1. Establishment of the Park, substantive planning, and formulation and review of
                     relevant plans.
                   2. Review and change of urban plan of the park, review and change of non-urban land,

                     urban design review, land use control and building management.
                   3. Acquisition of land in the park.
                   4. Management and income of public property.
                   5. Rental and sale of factories, houses and other related buildings.
                   6. Traffic planning and management.

                   7. Other matters related to land planning, land administration and construction
                     management.




                   Secretary Office               Service description
                   1. Seal keeping and management of documents and files.

                   2. Management of deliberation, cashier, finance, repair, procurement and other affairs.
                   3. Management of real estate, such as the general office, official business and head
                     quarters of the Bureau.
                   4. The bureau archives, property, vehicle management.

                   5. Management of workers (including technicians and drivers).
                   6. Management of all matters that do not belong to other groups and offices.
