Challenges/opportunities faced

In response to the impact of climate change, the world has set off a trend of net zero
carbon emission and accelerated the construction of renewable energy. In response to
the central government's "Green Roof Plan" policy, this bureau has jointly promoted solar
power generation with park manufacturers, adding a total of about 7.419MW of solar
photovoltaic devices from 2022 to 2023, so that the cumulative capacity of CTSP solar
power generation devices has exceeded 59 MW by the end of 2023.

However, with the decrease of free roof area, it is not easy to set up solar photovoltaic
systems in the future. Moreover, due to the active energy transformation in our country,

intermittent renewable energy has also had a certain impact on the stability of the
traditional power system, and it still depends on the upgrading of the national grid to
meet the needs of rapid change and decentralized dispatching of renewable energy.
