Communication among Stakeholders

Stakeholder Identification and Communication Channels

CTSP Bureau has identified eight categories of stakeholders in accordance with the principle of AA1000 SES, and considered their attributes and business relationships, and established a continuous interactive channel to meet the smooth communication needs of all parties. The bureau can also learn about the expectations of all sectors for the development of the park as a reference for the planning of CTSP's sustainable policy.

Park Satisfaction Survey

To improve the park's overall service quality, the National Science and Technology Council hires professional organizations every year to survey company satisfaction. The survey assesses six major areas: park's public image, park development resources, park service quality, overall satisfaction, complaint handling, and loyalty and trust. The results serve as an important reference for park bureaus seeking to improve service quality. In 2025, the Central Taiwan Science Park's overall satisfaction reached 90.41 points, the highest among Taiwan's three major science parks. This is a 1.39-point increase from the 2024 score of 89.02 points, demonstrating strong corporate recognition of the park's service quality and administrative efficiency.

Additionally, the Central Taiwan Science Park Bureau continues to listen to company feedback through proactive visits and seminars. In 2025, the Bureau provided on-site services to 3 companies and organized 2 company seminars in both 2024 and 2025. These events allowed for face-to-face exchanges regarding park development needs and real-world issues, helping coordinate solutions and remove operational barriers. As a result, the park's overall satisfaction has ranked first among the three major science parks for seven consecutive years.
