1. Building an Industry-Government-Academia-Research Collaboration Platform

The Central Taiwan Science Park Bureau actively serves as a key platform for industrial cooperation and exchange, strengthening the competitiveness of park tenants amid the AI wave, digital transformation, and net-zero trends by connecting industry, government, academia, and research resources. Between 2024 and 2025, the Bureau held a total of 4 innovative technology forums to conduct in-depth exchanges on topics such as smart manufacturing and energy saving and carbon reduction, attracting approximately 400 participants and providing one-on-one AI demand diagnostic consultations to help companies seize transformation opportunities. At the same time, the Bureau deeply cultivated key technology research and development, organizing three smart manufacturing seminars and two precision health industry seminars covering medical innovation fundraising, technology translation, and international regulatory trends, with a total of approximately 245 academic-research and industry representatives participating, effectively linking the implementation of scientific research achievements and accelerating the connection of medical devices and intelligent technologies with the international market.

2.Actively attract investment and external marketing

To continuously promote the development of Taiwan's high-tech industry, the Central Taiwan Science Park Bureau is committed to investment promotion and marketing, actively discovering potential high-tech manufacturers and encouraging them to understand the overall investment environment of CTSP. In 2024, a total of 27 investment promotion activities were held, successfully introducing 20 manufacturers to move in, and completing 12 manufacturer capital increases and 1 plant expansion case. In 2025, efforts continued, with 19 investment promotion activities held, again introducing 20 manufacturers and facilitating capital increases for 17 manufacturers. Focusing on Japanese enterprises, the Bureau specially traveled to Japan to visit the Manufacturing World Tokyo exhibition and corporate headquarters to gain a deep understanding of their investment layouts, while encouraging enterprises to strengthen their smart manufacturing and carbon reduction capabilities to enhance their competitiveness in entering the international semiconductor equipment and materials supply chain.

In addition, the Central Taiwan Science Park Bureau is committed to building a comprehensive biomedical coaching platform, assisting manufacturers in utilizing forward-looking technologies such as AI, big data, and cell therapy to break through research and development bottlenecks through the Precision Health Industry Cross-Domain Promotion Program. This has not only strengthened the cross-industry alliance capabilities of startup companies, but also successfully prompted the transformation of clinical concepts into commercial products, accelerating the formation of the precision health industry cluster in central Taiwan. To further enhance international visibility and demonstrate translational results, the Bureau actively joined hands with manufacturers to participate in various landmark exhibitions. For instance, in 2025, it teamed up with 12 highlight manufacturers at the BIO Asia-Taiwan exhibition to demonstrate capabilities in precision reproductive medicine and long-acting new drug R&D, and participated in the Taipei International Industrial Automation Exhibition under the main theme "Smart & Precision Manufacturing, Gathering Strength in CTSP" to showcase smart robotics and industrial IoT technologies. Furthermore, the Bureau has integrated program results year after year to enter the Healthcare+ Expo Taiwan, establishing a Science Park Pavilion to display the outstanding development achievements of enterprises such as Microware Precision ,PharmaEssentia, and LongGood MediTech, in surgical instruments, orphan disease new drugs, and AR surgical glasses, actively positioning for international markets and seizing new business opportunities in smart biomedicine.

3. International integration and exchange

To enhance industrial intelligence capabilities and international visibility, CTSP continuously participates in science park association organizations (ASPA, IASP) and international conferences and exchange activities around the world. Together with science parks from various countries, CTSP explores future development models for science parks, their impact on regional economies, innovation acceleration mechanisms, and the importance of science park linkages and cooperation, while exchanging innovative management strategies for gender equality. At the same time, under the theme "The Role of Science and Technology Parks in Promoting Corporate ESG Transformation," the focus is placed on how science parks assist enterprises in driving sustainable governance, covering topics such as carbon reduction strategies, green supply chains, and sustainable talent cultivation.

In order to enhance international visibility, CTSP Bureau continuously links sister parks, and interacts with local governments and enterprises through foreign visits, so as to understand the international newly-created ecosystems and industrial pulse, and at the same time, it helps park manufacturers to expand their markets and increase cooperation opportunities.

According to statistics, a total of 120 delegations and 4,715 visitors visited CTSP in 2024 and 2025, successfully extending the development experience of the science park to the international community. The Central Taiwan Science Park Bureau will continue to strengthen cooperation and exchanges with all parties to promote the innovative development and upgrading of the park.
