1. Promote equal rights in the workplace
To address the entry into force of the amendments to the Gender Equality in Employment Act, alongside the newly implemented "Three Gender Equality Laws" and the Stalking and Harassment Prevention Act, the CTSP Bureau continuously focuses on promoting workplace equality, preventing workplace sexual harassment, and strengthening awareness of employment equity. These core efforts assist park business units in implementing statutory regulations and constructing a safe, friendly, and diverse workplace environment. On July 11, 2025, the Bureau held the "Workplace Equality and Sexual Harassment Prevention Seminar," focusing on topics such as the prevention of workplace sexual harassment, the Gender Equality in Employment Act, measures to promote equality in employment, and the prevention of employment discrimination. Through regulatory explanations and practical case studies, the seminar helped human resources and management personnel elevate their professional expertise and integrate gender equality concepts into their HR systems and daily management. Additionally, on October 16 of the same year, the Bureau conducted the "Workplace Sexual Harassment Case Investigation Workshop" to guide park business units in mastering relevant regulations, investigation procedures, evidence collection, report writing, and case-handling techniques. This workshop aimed to help enterprises establish grievance and investigation mechanisms that are empathetic, fair, and professional, ensuring that workers can perform their duties with peace of mind in an environment free from discrimination and harassment.
The CTSP Bureau continues to organize its annual selection of excellent business units for workplace equality, encouraging park enterprises to implement labor laws and gender equality regulations, safeguard workers' rights, and promote mutual learning and continuous improvement through public commendation. Internally, the Bureau consistently strengthens its staff's gender equality awareness, integrating gender perspectives into policy formulation and daily administrative operations. In 2025, the Bureau conducted 8 gender awareness cultivation courses, achieving a 97.8% completion rate for gender equality-related training. The curriculum covered topics such as gender and technology, the CEDAW convention, sexual harassment prevention, and gender-based violence prevention.
Furthermore, the Bureau expanded the reach of gender equality concepts through online courses, in-person lectures, film appreciation sessions, and promotional articles in the CTSP Newsletter, consistently shaping an organizational culture that respects diversity and maintains zero tolerance for discrimination.
To strengthen workplace bullying prevention and enhance communication and coordination skills, the Bureau conducted a training session on leadership management, communication, coordination, and workplace bullying prevention on March 3, 2025. The course content was tailored to the respective responsibilities of general staff and managerial personnel to heighten awareness of effective communication and bullying prevention. Additionally, the Bureau has established a dedicated workplace bullying grievance hotline, fax line, and email address, while clearly defining formal grievance procedures. By strictly adhering to principles of non-disclosure and confidentiality, the Bureau protects the privacy and rights of the parties involved, working collectively to construct a safe, respectful, and reassuring workplace environment.
2. Support and Well-Being
The CTSP Bureau collaborates with professional organizations to promote Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) aimed at fostering the physical and mental well-being of staff while elevating overall administrative efficiency. These programs offer confidential counseling services across multiple dimensions, including psychological, career, legal, financial, and managerial support, allowing employees to access relevant resources independently without requiring referrals from supervisors or the Bureau. Concurrently, the Bureau publishes monthly promotional literature within its personnel bulletins—covering themes such as stress adjustment, emotional management, family communication, and workplace friendliness—and distributes info-cards detailing program contents and access channels. Briefing sessions and lectures by scholars and experts are also organized periodically to assist colleagues in understanding and effectively utilizing these employee assistance resources.
Recognizing the importance of physical activity to overall well-being, the Bureau regularly promotes exercise and recreation. The Bureau regularly organizes the "CTSP Cup" competitions—such as road races, badminton tournaments, basketball games, and softball matches—inviting park employees and their families to participate. During these ball games, players from each team demonstrate superb sportsmanship and teamwork on the court while cheering each other on from the sidelines, forging a cohesive and harmonious atmosphere. These events also effectively help relieve physical and mental stres, foster cross-unit exchange, and reinforce the overall solidarity and cooperative spirit of the park. Through these diversified care and support measures, the Bureau assists employees in maintaining an optimal physical and mental state, shapes a friendly workplace environment, and further elevates organizational performance.
