1. Stabilize the water supply in the park
Manufacturers in CTSP Park use water from Taiwan Water Corporation, and the water

sources in each park are different due to the scheduling of Taiwan Water Corporation,
namely:

Park Water supply source (water release area)

Taichung Park Liyutan Reservoir + Deji Reservoir

Houli Park Liyutan Reservoir

Erlin Park Surrounding water systems

Zhongxing Park Jiji Barrage

Huwei Park Rinnai Water Purification Plant and Hushan Reservoir

Note:
It shows that all the parks in Taiwan are Low-Medium (1-2), and the strongholds of each park are not set in
national or international protected areas. Taking water to apply for authorization from the government for legal
use of water sources has no significant impact on water sources.

In recent years, due to the influence of climate change, the rainfall in our country has
been uneven, and the frequency of droughts and floods is high, which not only has a

potential impact on the production and operation of the park, but also on people are
more concerned about the issue that industrial water may affect people's livelihood.
In order to alleviate the pressure on regional water resources, the bureau actively

communicates and coordinates with government units, and the BOT case of the Shuinan
water recycling center subsidized by the central government is under construction and
is expected to be completed in 2024. In the future, it can supply 10,000 tons of recycled

water every day, provide stable industrial water for CTSP Taichung Park, and promote
the overall industrial development. In addition, in response to the change of water
conditions, CTSP Bureau takes the following drought-resistant measures to face the

severe water conditions and stabilize the water demand of the park.
