Challenges/opportunities faced

CTSP Bureau is committed to maintaining the balance between economic development
and environmental protection. The development of each park must conform to the
contents of environmental impact assessment documents, review conclusions and
commitments, and manage potential environmental impacts through actions such
as review, audit and monitoring. However, with the expansion of operation scale,
the consumption of various resources and the output of waste are also increasing
simultaneously. Therefore, how to maintain the stable operation of the park under

the limited resource conditions, and respond to the government's policy of promoting
circular economy to create a "resource-recycling" ecological park is one of the major
challenges of this bureau.

1. Environmental review and audit

In order to maintain the sustainable environment of the park, CTSP Bureau grasps the
impact of investment behavior on the whole park by implementing total amount control

and license review, so as to meet the contents of environmental impact assessment
documents, review conclusions and commitments, and then conducts on-site inspection
and tracking, further requiring park manufacturers to do their own management work

and jointly safeguard the environmental quality of the park.
