Report structure
CTSP Bureau introduces a four-tier structure, carries out organizational positioning and
current situation inventory, sets tracking indicators through discussion by the report editing
team, links the specific targets of T-SDGs with the actual business of each unit, establishes
a complete blueprint for the sustainable development of CTSP Bureau, and checks itself
through this structure to ensure that the policy, management and implementation of this
bureau can be aligned with the core targets of T-SDGs.

CTSP Bureau adheres to the spirit of "universal participation and inclusiveness" in the UN's
2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, collects opinions from all stakeholders by issuing
questionnaires, and identifies CTSP Bureau's major core targets in T-SDGs through systematic
analysis and combining with the views of internal management.
