In the future, CTSP will continue to combine the existing ICT in the park, AI, 5G communication,
big data and other emerging technologies, assist in upgrading key industrial technologies,
industry-university cooperation, talent cultivation, innovation and entrepreneurship,
industrial transformation, and developing innovative service models, create a new blueprint
for the industry, grasp the opportunities of global supply chain restructuring, and follow
NSTC's 2035 scientific and technological vision of "forward-looking innovation, democracy,
tolerance and sustainability". CTSP Bureau will strive to build CTSP into a "exquisite and
diverse, excellent life, energy-saving and sustainable" science park by promoting the following
strategies:

 Promote industrial innovation and transformation
Promote the innovation-industry-university cooperation plan, promote the industrial
technology upgrading and the cultivation of innovative technical talents, so as to strengthen
the international competitiveness, and introduce new teams with growth potential, provide
diversified counseling and resources, build a complete innovation and entrepreneurship
ecosystem, drive the park to develop new capacity and innovation transformation, and create a
new blueprint for the industry.

 Accelerate the development of the park and attract investment

Accelerate the development and investment invitation of the park, expand the scale of the
existing science and technology industries in the central region, drive the upstream and
downstream industrial chain manufacturers to enter, strengthen the industrial clustering effect,
and lay out characteristic industries to promote the diversified development of the park's
industries. In addition, we will continue to optimize the soft and hard infrastructure of the park,
improve the service capacity and management ability of the park, and expand the attraction of
enterprise investment.

 Create a high-quality sustainable park

In line with the "Policy Direction of Net Zero Transformation in Taiwan 2050", we will promote
the park's net zero carbon emissions and demonstration sites and other related work, guide
manufacturers to develop energy-saving and carbon-reducing measures, continuously guide
manufacturers to save water and electricity, promote the application of renewable energy and
diversified water resources, and reuse waste, so as to provide a high-quality living environment
and facilitate life functions, improve educational resources in the park, maintain occupational
safety and environmental ecological protection at the same time, take green management
as the goal, fulfill social enterprise responsibilities, and move towards a high-quality and
sustainable environment.

 Cultivate emerging scientific and technological talents in the
future

Linking the park manufacturers with innovative kinetic energy and rich digital technology,
we will jointly build the CTSP Digital Innovation Center, which will focus on the promotion of
digitalization and emerging technologies through multi-service platforms, provide fields and
professional technologies, create a nurturing and communication environment, and further
promote the goal of introducing and shaping future talents.
