Intensive planning
CTSP Bureau is committed to creating a high-quality investment
and employment environment. With the improvement of national
quality and labor consciousness, workers have paid attention not
only to career development prospects, but also to occupational
safety, human rights, education, health care and other conditions in
the overall consideration of employment. Therefore, this bureau also
actively promotes gender equality in the workplace, labor inspection,
occupational safety and health counseling, etc. In order to improve
the educational resources in the park, CTSP has planned to become
a "five-in-one" complete middle school covering kindergarten to
senior high school, helping employees in the park to achieve a
balance between work and family.
